The pros:
- fairly cheap price (I got mine at another web store for just over $100)
- bikes fit well into the rubberized holders
- the rubberized anti-sway rollers seem to work pretty well at keeping the bikes from swaying
- the arms are fairly easy to fold down when you're not carrying any bikes
- has a cable lock built in to lock the bikes to the rack
- if you're using 2" receiver, has a nice mechanism to attach carrier to hitch with bolt, so that it doesn't rock; however, it takes a wrench to remove the hitch with this in place

The cons:
- has a tilt-down feature, but it's absolutely useless: unless you're Hercules, you can't tilt the rack down when bikes are loaded on it (I'm a 6'1" man and I couldn't do it without risking hurting my back)
- if you're using 1-1/4" receiver, the aforementioned hitch attachment mechanism isn't available, so you can only use a standard hitch pin, and the rack rocks pretty badly in the hitch. On the plus side, removing the hitch is really fast and easy.
- With 1-1/4" receiver, since it's so fast and easy to remove the rack from the hitch, the locking cable isn't quite so useful, since a strong man could pretty easily take out the pin, and just steal the rack with bikes attached.

I'm using the 1-1/4" receiver, and because of the rocking problem, I have to give this product only 2 stars. If you're going to use the 2" receiver, I think this product should work out well for you as long as you don't mind needing a wrench to install or remove the rack from your vehicle. They did a pretty decent job coming up with a nice mounting mechanism for the 2" receiver, plus a nice flip-over mechanism so the rack could fit in both size hitches, so I don't know why they did such a lousy job on the 1-1/4" side.
