I can't say anything about the seller because I bought the bike for my then 4 year old boy at WalMart. It is a great little starter bike and he absolutely loves to ride it everywhere. My only complaint is how quickly the tires, especially the rear one, wear out. The rear tire is worn through to the steel belts after one year. I only came to Amazon to view the bike in order to get information of replacement tires. I'm sure my son will be riding this bike for at least another year after we replace the tires, and we will be removing the training wheels soon.
