Ah heck it runs super tight and youre going to need to size up on this one if your between sizes. I was specifically shopping for a cold weather knicker for running that contains Windstopper. Windstopper offers windproofness, breathablity and some water/snow resistance. Its the fabric on the front thighs and knees.
I dont see where Windstopper is the prominent selling feature listed here. But it should be as thats why I was willing to pay a higher price for running knickers or 3/4 tights.
