Aside from the full width of these, I couldn't tell much difference from my aluminum ones. They don't look overly cool. I also don't like the V-bend they have. The rise starts in the middle and is a constant angle to the ends. I prefer most of the rise to happen in the middle of the bar then flatten out where my hands are. These place all your weight on the outside of your hand.
Overall, mainly due to cost, I can't recommend these over alloy ones.
