I love the rod and reel, but the packaging could have been better. The box had a 7' rod inside, with the reel aready attached. It was a combo, but I believe the packaging actually caused the damage. It was 2 boxes taped together, and was way too narrow to have a large reel inside.
On the up side, your customer service is outstanding, and the products you sell are desirable and affordable.
