I chose to give this item three stars for the following reasons:
The selling point of this item was that its 300 servings, but 300 servings are only a cup each that contain only 170 calories per serving. The product is supposed to last 30 days, but if you are surviving off a 1500 calorie day, then you would need to eat much more of this to to stay healthy. The other thing I didnt like about this product is the food bags are a little hard to reseal, but maybe they are all like that. I did like the taste of everything though. I would recomend testing the waters before dumping lots of money in to any freeze dried food kits. I did like the small buckets these come in, and the over all design. You could stash gold, guns and knives in the bucket if you needed to, and use it as a weapon to fend off zombies.
