The Omega 800 Reloading press which is a heavy steel reloading press which can reload up to the caliber .357H&H. It works with standard press shellholder and any reloading die (7/8"-14 threaded). The SR916 Hand Priming Tool that will last forever and will prime every case. The SR104 Case lube pad that helps in lubricating your cases before resizing. The built-in reloading tray helps to avoid mess on the bench. The SR1750 Bullet Puller will let you disassemble every kind of ammunition from caliber .07 to .50/70 Govt. Comes with a free extra set of 3 collets. The SR750 digital scale which includes a 2.5cc and a .7 powder measure, a powder tray, a 50 grams calibration weight and a 10 grams testing weight. The SR55 powder funnel which works with all cases from caliber .17 to .45 and the drop tube does not allow the messy powder spilled around the case's mouth. i bought this smart reloader kit from reds gear and it has been a huge disappointment and hassle.so far i have received a replacement press(barely usable),2 primer tools, 2scales, a powder trickler, and a bullet puller in less than 7 weeks. im still waiting on another scale and priming tool that will hopefully work.while dealing with customer service(remarkably good) considering what they have to work with, i asked about the possibility of a refund as i have purchased another brand of press, primer tool, scale and bullet puller and was told i needed to get a refund from where i bought it(REDS GEAR).reds gear wont refund my money because 30 days has gone buy while i have been dealing with customer service at smart reloader. i asked for a store credit instead of a refund still no response to date.i offered smart reloader to return defective tools for some of their other products where quality control and safety are not an issue,again told they would not do it as they did not sell to me from their online store!! this is just a note to all who consider buying smart reloader products,the plastic items not bad, the scale is dangerous as is the priming tool. evrything made of any type of metal is so poorly made im shocked they are still in business. i couldnt even assemble the 1st priming tool, the best scale would do no better than +/- .6 grains of gunpowder[this is unusable and is supposed to measure to (.1 grain)].the brass tumbler appears to be well made,i hope it lasts.if you receive their catalouge it says on the back swiss engineered italian designed there are american flags on every page, based in N Carolina. but this is all chicom junk beware!! i wish i could give it - stars!

just an update i was turned down by amazons a-z return policy because reds has a stated 30 day return policy, no exceptions.it makes no diference to amazon that i spent that 30 days dealing with the manufacturer to fix these problems and didnt try to return it to reds until smart reloaders customer service told me to return it to where i bought it for a refund.they also told me they would no longer try to replace or repair the numerous defective products that i have even though it is still under the 2 year warranty. amazons a-z rep took my initial statement in some weird short hand and when she read it back to me it didnt represent my problem at all,i called back and got another girl with the same results and when i told her of this she told me not to worry as an investigator /rep would call me before any action was taken. just a few day later i received an email stating my case was closed because reds had a 30 day return policy. and that i should try talking with the manufacturer and see if the would fix the problem. it is quite obvious that this investigator didnt do any research into this matter at all.she simply saw reds policy and closed the case.She never contacted me and apparently never read the report saying i had been dealing with the manufacturers customer service for 6 weeks before i filed the claim. amazon will no longer even return my emails on this matter.(4 to date unanswered). if you have a problem with something bought on amazon DO NOT TRY TO GET IT RESOLVED WITH THE MANUFACTURER!!!box it up and send it back.common sense will not be used here! ALL RULES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED WITHOUT EXCEPTION!! WE MUST HAVE RULES BECAUSE WITHOUT RULES WE WOULD HAVE NO RULES!! im stuck with $140.00 worth of dangerous unusable equipment and nobody will help me .avoid smart reloader products the price is great if it was anything close to being what is advertised.avoid amazon because if there is a dispute they will side with the merchant and always shop at your local merchants where you will be valued as a individual customer not as an account number. bill guth gunsmith retired
