i wanted an aero helmet that wouldn't look huge on me (im very petite). i tried on a giro at an expo and the ear flaps cracked right there in the tent (oops). went to the rudy project tent and was overwhelmed by aggressive salespeople trying to force a $300 "great deal" on me. no thanks. i wanted a helmet with no ear flaps so i could hear and with dimples and a small tail (no real proven aero gain with a bigger one). this one was perfect, and fits perfect. love it. it is sturdy and has an adjustable wheel in the back to tighten it.
