Firstly, I received the item late despite getting a refund. This really made me made because I paid for overnight shippping and got the product on Tuesday 2 bus days late!. That was Strike 1. Strike 2.. is the product cost nearly a hundred dollars and its all plastic and not good plastic but cheap fun in the pool kind of plastic that we all know and love. Strike 3..is there is absolutely no instrucitons on how to setup the Sponsons. Your Outta Here Harmonygear.com (Confluence Watersports). Your luck to get 2 stars and I am somehat a fair person. Don't buy this unless you waqnt the headache of repacking it and sending it back. Bad quality made worse by in the box insults with no instrucitons, or even a website where to go get them!!.
