Once I followed the direction on how to get it setup the first time, it was super easy to setup and pack back up. For once a carrying bag is big enough to repack an item once you've taken all the packaging off! I set it up and watched fireworks for the Fourth of July in comfort! Also stable enough that my sux year old was able to get on it without flipping it! It rocks but not horribly so that you feel like you're going to flip getting in and out. The can holders are deep enough that if you have an open beverage while getting in or out they don't spill!
